You could make one?
I think B&Q are selling some discrete sized power drills.
You just need to work out what size diameter speed bore bit you need to suit your cock girth.
Would 32mm be about right?

This is the general dilemna of glory holers.
So what can we do?
After all its an approximately tubular three diimensional space, which ideally is located at about 0.9 metres frommthe ground, and almost certainly requires a suitable receptacle at the other end.
It may need a boffin to do the maths on this one.
