Good or bad omens?

As some of you know I am abroad trying to get medical treatment that was not immediately available on the NHS but is absolutely necessary for me.
The last few days lots of weird signs have appeared and I don't know what to make of them:
The day I was going to see the surgeon a dog appeared out of the blue. He was an exact copy of my childhood dog but less muscular and malnourished. He was very friendly with me. That dog had died following a fall down the stairs.
My surgery was arranged for 7/7 - ok, it is a different country, I shouldn't worry.
Today I took a look at the foreign calendar that is hanging in my mom's kitchen and the 7/7 is St Apollonia's day. Now that wouldn't have worried me but the hospital I am going to is the ex Apollonio hospital (same name).
It is probably nothing, just some of these weird coincidences that happen but how would you have taken them, as signs or as mere coincidences?
I imagine due to your current situation you are in a hightened state of aniexty and noticing things that you probably would normally notice. When we are under stress and feel our lives are out of our control, we all try to cope in many different ways. Some of us become quiet or agressive or even depressed, and others look for outward signals that things are going to be (or not going to be) ok.
IMHO you are experiencing anxiety and these coincidences will have no bearing on the outcome, if you can find somebody to talk to I would suggest doing that as it may ease your anxiety.
I wish you all the best.
Thank you.
I have dreamt myself well in the past month and do have high hopes for the future. Whatever happens, I have provided for my daughter's future.
I am going to have a rest now to get physically prepared for a very long day tomorrow.
Will catch up with SH in a few days' time, all being well.
Regards
Coincidences happen more often than people realise but we tend to notice them more at times of stress. Sometimes we read more into things than is really there and that's perfectly okay. It's just a coping mechanism.
Good luck with everything hunni. We'll be thinking of you until you come back kiss

Plagiarism is a crime ya know...... :P
wink
(punishable by being tied up and....)
It's what I get for reading the main bit and not the replies  but also great minds think alike
I'll take my punishment like a grown up
I am back home now, bit sore (think they may have forgotten an instrument or two inside me...) but managing. It is going to be a long recovery but thank heavens there is SH to keep me company.
With regards to the signs, I also crossed the path of a ladybird the day before surgery. LOL

Sorry hun but I had the briefest flash of a string quartet in my mind for a sec
Good to see you back hunni. Hope you feel better soon kiss
Hi Tania hope ur well. I get all sorts of weird happenings and deja-vu etc. I try not to analise it as it's to complicated.
Take it easy.
Hi Steve
Yes, I am alright but so tired and feel like I have been beaten up. Hopefully, by the time I return to the UK, I will be looking and feeling much better. kiss
Sassy
A string quartet wouldn't have been so bad.. let me count...1..., 2 yes..., 3...ok, 4, yes, I am sure I could accommodate. wink
Kiss Me
May I offer you the main mast of the nearly rented boat to tie Sassy up? lol
