No not concerned its just a few threads / posts i've seen recently have mad me question. I'm not talking going from one extreme to another just wanted thoughts. I was bought up to be polite and well mannered and will allways be. Just sometimes you wonder as in the non swinging world the good folks get shat on for want of a better expression not thats happened to me on here it's just what i see.

Well people can either be themselves, or they can be what they "think" other people would go for....... only problem is if you ain't yourself, you'll probably end up with people you don't actually like.

I'm sure that pretty much everyone who knows me would classify me as a "nice guy" and very polite and well-mannered. (Tho Nicky has showed me that I can be a bit too blunt and thoughtless in my words occasionally... but I'm working on it!) Anyway the point I'd like to make is ... yes in the real world I definitely feel that as a "nice guy" I have often "finished last." (LOL no - not "finished last" in the having sex sense tho that is usually true for me.) smile redface But I definitely feel that I have missed out on quite a few opportunities with girls because of the whole "nice guy" thing. In the real world... But in the swinging world I think absolutely the opposite is true! I have had at least my fair share of fun experiences with quite a few different women/couples etc and I am TOTALLY convinced that my manners, respect and consideration for people have worked heavily in my favour.
But like someone wise once said - that is a part of who I am and to be anything else would be very false and would probably show as such.

and mine :giggle:
manners maketh the man
good manners r never out of place ever and we appreciate them very much
but this is a swinging site so a nice polite bit of flirting aint a bad thing either
perhaps its a matter of judgement about how far u can go flirting but the best flirts are the ones that dont exceed the boundary of good manners - a little wit and intellegence goes a long way

Is it rude to fall asleep on the sofa at a party then?

As long as you don't snore, it's perfectly acceptable behavior redface

Mal used to tease me because I'd have to say no to some people who asked to come to socials for any number of reasons. He said people would ask rediculous questions just to get a no in such a nice way that it made them feel 'special'. redface
I normally 'nice' but today my hormones are raging and I'd eat the head off your favourite pet just to piss you off and get a fight out of it. evil sad
I'm brewing for a fight today and I'm going to end up saying something I will not really mean so I've found it best at this point to draw a line under things and sign out. Knowing ones limits is a good thing at times.
Chocolate muffin and a cuppa, all will be well and good. biggrin

What i do now dunno
:therethere: gooseygander! kiss
I was brewing for a fight from anyone yesterday, nothing a bit of TLC and an early night didn't fix. lol Nothing personal to you or your pets (if you have any that is). Today, I'd not eat your favourite pet's head just because of no particular reason other than to get a row! redface  I'm feeling all nice and fluffy-ish but that might be the amount of Olbas Oil I've got around me to try and shift my cold! smile
I guess my point was that if you know you're in a bad mood sometimes the worst place to be is here cos it makes the TTTT's seem soooo much worse and they just wind you up to the point where you hate everyone, no matter if theyre nice or not. I do think knowing when to log out and leave things be is an aquired skill that people don't always get right everytime, me included!
