Greek style exercises anyone?

When I can and it does not offend anyone I like to exercise in the Greek style, naked. Am I alone in this?

Yes probably because if I were to do this I would end up with two black eyes! lol

Yup! Naked is the only way to do it.
(preferably on the 3rd floor of an apartment block, in front of a humongous window - I do - come on girls, your turn... biggrin )

The only excersice I do is yoga and believe me you don't want to be doing that in the alltogether, getting tied up in knots is one thing but getting tied up in knots and not knowing which bit's touching what is another.

I did try this once once. At home alone, curtain pulled, doors locked. I wanted to check that I was rotating my hips fully and keeping them level. I couldn't do this with my baggy tai chi gear on. I stood in front of the mirror butt naked and moved into 'retreat to avoid pickpocket' and OMG :eeek: all I could look at was my round belly hanging there like a sack of ****. I rushed to put my clothes back on and have never bother to do this again. Bugger my hips.
I also got to watch a video of naked tai chi :twisted: . Great I thought combine my hobby with some letching :wanker: . How wrong I was. The models were strangely androgenous and not at all erotic sad . And their form (tai chi form) wasn't that good either :( :(

I think if you are doing any exercise you should keep your body hot. So I usually keep my sweatshirt on for outdoor tai chi. biggrin

I think if you are doing any exercise you should keep your body hot. So I usually keep my sweatshirt on for outdoor tai chi. biggrin
Body hot, true. There is one advantage to naked, no gear to wash.

Not this morning last night, the night before. I was just setting there looking out, unable to connect. My mind went off for a walk, with the lack of anything else to do I recorded it's movements. Then I pasted them when I got back on line. I really must resist next time.
