started my nil by mouth thing earlier and just got the notes to read through ....
the nil by mouth is supposed to be from midnight .... I've wasted almost 5 hours blummin starving!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been happily munching on sausage rolls smile

Fry up is just a bit too much for me at this time of night.
Off for a laparoscopy Lovecommando.
Anyway ... munching over, just need to drink a gallon of tea now :)

Its not too bad, I had one a few years ago and the scar is really small and sits just the edge of your belly buttom.

Hi Calista,
Just to say good luck for tomorrow :smile2: . I had a laporoscopy a few years ago - I was in and out in the same day and didn't feel too bad. You'll be fine! I have an 'innie' bellie button and the scar is hardly noticable.
BTW are you going to the NW munch? I am doing a parachute jump that day but will try to make it!
