It's nothing more than Dance Dance Revolution or some other dance mat game for blokes or kids that are socially inept or can't coordinate their clumsy pre-pubescent bodies...
Just because you can play a guitar in a computer/console game doesn't mean it automatically turns you into Slash in reality; in much the same way as being a sniper in Call of Duty 72: The Boredom Years doesn't equip someone with the requisite skills to despatch another human being in cold blood in reality...
