was having me supper the other night and me tounge bar fell under me tounge .i thought strange,and into panic mode when i realized the ball was no where to be seen,so now have to wait to see if it emerges ,mind you have run to shop today to change it to smaller one had any side effects off it,my mouth seems to be going very dry every now and again.
Well you could look for it if you're paranoid, but a ball is highly unlikely to cause any damage even if it does get lodged somewhere for a while (which it's highly unlikely to do, being spherical).
I wouldn't worry about it if I were you, you'd be amazed at some of the things I've heard of being passed through the human digestive system.
My uncle is a Punch & Judy man and when he first started he used to swallow his swazzle (little metal thing held in the back of the throat to do Punch's voice) on a regular basis.
i've swallowed many tongue bars over the years lol
just keep a few spares in
