No - but I HAVE received a different kind of SPAM mail on an address I only use for SH. Have reported it to the mods.

Is it likely that someone you know would have your email address in their address book? It could be a variation of a mass-mailer virus that sends emails to all of the hosts contacts.
BTW....This is what an file is. You might want to search for the attachment name

I couldn't say if I had a mail like that or not.
If it even looks remotely dodgy it goes in the bin unread.
Seriously, I delete over 90% of my mail without even looking at it (beyond the title).
I think I will reserve space for all senders of spam in the rocket ship I am building to send Linda Barker and Madonna on a one way trip to the sun.
Mind you, that might be a lot of people and rocket ships aren't cheap to build.
Perhaps the spammers should just be thrown into an abandoned puppy mine which would then be filled with lava or, beter still, coca cola.

My registered email address isfor this site only and I recieved the same message so no doubt it was harvested from here.
I was reading a site the other day which was giving tips on safer web surfing. The site was the Washington post but you ned to register so I have copied them and put them up on my own web space, hope they are of some benefit.

I feel all left out, I did not get an email from sarah.
Although I have got in my trash folder 107 emails from yesterday and today.
97 unopened or even looked at, as they go straight in the bin.
Of the ten that were opened, they were mostly work related.
Prooving that spam filters do try and do thier job.
I'm being bombarded by this message and others pupporting to be from pUOZP9PGWvYcxrgK thing isone of thr names and addresses being posted belong to someone I have actuallymet!!!!!!!! A genuine contact whose name would appear to have been lifted from a dating site.
I just rushed off to my account to see if I got one......

anyone getting email from 'Sarah' is a spam, I would rather pm people and email, and also if in the next 2 to 3 weeks I'm away anyway.

Yep I got one.....I emailed back asking who they were (as I did not recognise the email address). Having seen the replies on here I know I won't hear anything!
I would suggest emailing back is a good tip before opening any email you are uncertain of but would like to find out if it is genuine. Of course the usual maxim applies if you are not entirely convinced at any point then delete it regardless.
I went to my mail box before and had 427 junk mail and 64 real mails. Seeing i only use the acc for here i think a mailer some where has been hi jacked, and most the mails have attachments with pressies in them and we allknow what they are. My partner is a network security officer for a company up here has learnt how to send them back gusess what 427 mails are being sent tonight heheheheheheh
