maz has gone and left me here on my own for 3 days, i cant cook!
today i have had 4 slices of toast with strawberry jam, a nectarine and 2 exotic fruit soleros!!!
hurry back maz!!!!!

Extra matured British Rib Eye Steak
Sliced mushrooms fried in a little garlic oil
Cooked outside
Home made pepper sauce (HLB) a little dijon mustard (me)
Salad with extra cherry tomatoes (skinned) and coriander with honey and mustard dressing
Petit pois, heated in a little sugared water
Just having a rest and smoke break before bloating out on toffe and pecan roulade, with fresh raspberries and double cream

Well I'm working nights so is this time of the morning now my dinner time and breakfast is teatime? dunno

Not really in the mood for food in this weather but I did take a big fresh fruit salad with me last night and ate that about 1am confused

I won't mention the huge bag of Revels I guzzled too but needed some comfort food sad
