Heaven Extras - ok I'll get the ball rolling

This "upgrade" has lost me. If we pay to be full members then somewhere down the line, the powers-that-be pull out some of the current functions then I dont seem to be getting the service I originally signed up for. For example, the "over 20 people" is very useful, so why pull it. If you wanted to increase the functions then you could have made it an extra to show "over 30 people etc". I'm not sure if its legal to pull out the functions we have already paid for as members (until the member fees are due again). You dont see the train company's ask for more money to ride why you still have a valid ticket, they wait for renewal.
Lets hope this thread isnt pulled eh for censorship!! Whats going on, SH? Why penalise the people who are already members!

You'll find if you read the Terms & Conditions it is clearly explained what you do and don't get when signing up to be a paying customer.
Things like the 'viewed' list are not part of the initial package and are given to members free during their first month of membership so you can see what the extras are like.

Although I didn't find the sign up process that clear...
I think they say you get the 'extras package' free for the first month of a full member signup. So you're not losing features you have paid for but... it can be confusing.

This feature has not been pulled and is running as normal without any reported problems.
If you are having technical issues with this particular feature then please submit a support ticket.

Well I think they're fair points, particulary 36O, it wasnt very clear at all. I saw the Extras part, not sure where the heaven part was tacked on. Still smarts that its not a clear path. Pay a fee for a year then dont worry about it for twelve months - life used to be soooo simple.

Free member from before the take over dont automatically get the extra's package hun... We have to pay for that if we want it smile
