Well it wouldn't be possible to remain in that state - otherwise you would be a truly enlightened being and that doesn't happen to many. When meditating you become free of your boundaries, stereotypes, doubts, worries etc etc. It is ecstasy.

Meditation and sex are only two ways to drug your brain and drive it into a state of euphoria - which is one perception of heaven. Other phyical and mental skills can result in the same state being induced

My utopia is when working or playing together to provide the latter you achieve the former as well. I'm convinced most "happy memories" are some combination of this?.
My goals now are to achieve the conditions for this to be able to happen for others and particularly for my children.
The bad news is the organisation of bliss, heaven or whatever you call it is constantly being washed away by the forces of chaos or some evil f****r who wants to ruin it for you!

I think that statement is an oxymoron?
However, you are right, it is possible to use the body's own functions to enter an euphoric state.
