In the messenger section set the Global Setting to off and then click on save at the bottom.
or if you wanted you could select friends to limit who can use it, that way no more randoms.

It was right at the time but I'd have to agree, I've renamed it with the first thing that came into my head but if anyone has any better ideas, let us know.
