Grrrrrrrr ........... I just want to know how on earth a help desk has the audacity to have the word HELP in their department description. Sorry to anyone here who works a help desk but I am more than a little frustrated. Although, let me slow down because in all fairness I havent even gotten through yet to see if they will be helpful.
I am sitting here waiting for someone at the BT help desk to answer the dang phone. I keep hearing this wonderful message ....
"Thankyou for your continued patience. Your call IS moving up the queue, please continue to hold"
I have it on speaker phone and have been listening to it for an hour and forty-five minutes now ... not kidding, I am timing it !!! Its gotten to the point that I dont want to hang up because surely to God I must be close to the front of the queue!!! I cant get my wireless to work. I have tried to install it so many dang times and nothing !! I am not very techie though so it is probably something really simple.
So until they answer ... sitting here I wait ..... Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
