Bach Flower Remedies .... Rescue Remedy.
Pop into your local health food shop or Boots and ask them about it.
Fabulous stuff.

Ten pints of Carling......................maybe not a good idea before a driving test though lol

Just imagine everyone in their underwear.
Or relax by playing some GTA III beforehand lol
Well coz I’m such a caring sharing person, here’s something I’ve pull of the official DVLA web site for you.
As you approach the test centre start to control your breathing. Initially you may feel too preoccupied with the actual test but do it any way. Taking slow deep breaths, and lightly groaning one as you breathe in and two as you breathe out. Continue this for as long as you feel you need to.
Take a walk but not don’t go walking out of the test centre, stretching your legs before the test will help you focus and relax more.
Try a bit of light masturbation, the release of tension will help you relax. But remember to keep the noise down as it might disturb the other candidates waiting to take their test.
Focus – As you start to gain control of your nerves try to focus on why you are sitting this test, what you want to achieve, and why you believe you deserve to pass (…but remember this is not a job interview!!!).
Concentrate –If you think you may have made a mistake continue concentrating on the current situation. After all if you mistakenly start pulling on your examiners todger instead of the hand brake its not such a biggy, we all make mistakes. Too many people fail a test because they are so concerned about a mistake, which may only turn out to be a minor fault. To help you concentrate it may be useful to have give a running commentary of your last sexual encounter to your examiner (this is a key part of advanced driving!), and will help your examiner look favourably on you.
In short ;
Convert negative into positive energy
Think about success, not failure
Create a series of small tasks

Very good advise. Rescue Remedy really works. Good luck.
At my first driving test I papped it big time - 5 fail marks - my knowledge was good ( this was before practical and theory, and you got asked after the test, sat in the car ) second time around my driving was good, but I nearly chucked it on the Q & A, but the examiner helped with a few clues, so she obviously though it was worth it biggrin
Trust me though, try not too take it too seriously, otherwise, it'll be too much pressure - and your emergency stop could be as bad as mine was first time! wink lol
Take your time, take deep breaths - it helps if you can talk to your driving examiner about things... how test they do etc etc....
Dont do what i did on my 2nd test.... he questioned my ID and the tyres on the car at the start which put me right off.... so i pulled/raced out of the test bit too quick.... the other instructiors had never seen a learner drive off that quick on a test....
I passed 3rd time.
Good Luck.
Smoknin jim is right
dont take it too seriously, dont count on passing and dont make any arrangements for driving anywhere afterwards!! Remeber most people fail first time and that dosnt make them bad drivers.
The deep breathing works but practise it in advance, breath in slowly hold and release.
Dot do what i did at one of my tests, and when the examiner ask you to read the number plate of the car over there, dont say, "which car"!!
Good luck
good luck
i failed first time with a male examiner and 5 majors - never mind
2 months later passed female examiner 7 minors - still shouldnt be out on road.
accidents NONE
except 2 wing mirrors that i knocked and scraped my tyer.

For a lot of people, this is the worst, most stressful moment of their lives – it certainly was for me. Although loads of people offered advice, nothing really prepared me for my moment of destiny. I suppose, like others, there is so much peer pressure to pass. With mine, in a way, I was lucky. I made a mistake early on and was convinced that I had failed. After that, a lot of nerves went. It turned out that my mistake was not that huge, just a small hesitation and I passed.
So I suppose not a lot of help to you really. It would be great to write something here that will remove all the pressure, but those words just don’t exist.
You will be nervous, you will be stressy – I think that’s a given – I suppose the best thing is to know that you will be feeling these pressures, so when they start to build inside you, they will come as no surprise.
Best of luck
Wear a short skirt and an uplifting bra if your female
prey if your male
