Help i'm cold!!

Fully qualified sparky I may be, Working on live 415v, holds no probs.
but does any one here no how to program a hager 314 time clock, can't even get the thing in manual, hence now flipping freezing as said time clock controls the heating !!!
so do I rip the sodding thing off the wall and jump the wires
or keep pressing buttons in vain hope of life.
or third option sod off round brothers and leave the thing till morning.

Me to my bedrooms frezzing its in the attic and no heating anyone got a spare heater they dont want lol

back on topic - do we have any heating engineers on here?
Our system is constantly getting airlocked - we keep having to bleed the pump to remove the air only for it to lock again in less than an hour.
And I am frozen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
hands and feet like blocks of ice!
Any help gratefully accepted!
