we have just joined this site and looking to upload some pics... we keep getting the message saying '' your pics seem not to be jpeg's'' but they are.... please can someone advise and help please please please !!!

The system doesn't reconise jpg's from some digital camera models.
To fix this you can use paint, you simply need to open them in Paint, and save them as a jpeg again, this will correct the issue
