when i had to do mine i just sent a support ticket as i had the same problem.
When you sign up first of all and go for 1 month its ok, then each month after its taken automatically from your card, but when i wanted to go to yearly i could not find a link, so as i said sent the very friendly admin team a support ticket and was sorrted.
