When i try to get into the chatrooms i get a message - Auth failed undefined, I've raised a query with the tech support but all thet say is to uninstall my Zone Alarm security software.
Wonder has anyone else had this problem with Zone Alarm and more importantly how did you resolve it, appreciate any help
