In my opinion... for what its worth.... you should just sit down with him... and be totally honest and open with him about the subject... don't go around the subject... meet it head-on and just trust your own judgement.... you know him and you know yourself.... and only you know what you want from swinging..... just go for it..... lol

just tell him. If he knows you at all he was probably pretty certain that if he gave you time to sit and think about it, you would make your own decision, and he is just waiting for you to tell him.
