help with chat

hi
trying to log into chat, but always says name taken. Chatroom help says type certain things, but tried to and nothing seems to work!
is it me?
ok maybe it is. but can some 1 help and run me through it plz?

If you follow the instructions, then read what is written just above where you type things in. and you should be ok.
I had a problem doing the same thing earlier today.

She's telling it as it is mate, honest, took us bloody months to get in there, but only because we were impatient .............. what i did in the end was copy n paste the entire instructions to me word processor, then followed em bit by bit ............... bingo, there we where.
