Help with hosting pictures

21 Oct 2005

I have two lots of photos
some from the NE munch and some from the last Yorks munch.
I need to find somewhere to host them (I don't mean like image shack)
I do have a couple of peeps that I could send them to who will host them on their own site but I would like to do this for myself rather than rely on peeps all the time.
So any techie help etc would greatly be appreciated kiss

BTW it would need to be explained to me in english as I've tried setting up a web page and it didnt work (blonde moment)
I have used the search button but about 3000 posts came up
Thanks

Kaz once you have them hosted - think about the sh photo album...... so we can all share...... pretty please
Steph

steph thats what I want to do hun biggrin

especially as I have a fantastic picture of a male SH member on here sharing a rather passionate moment with SirLee and he's trying to bribe me into not posting the picture. (The other party not SirLee) His reputation will never be the same again lol

No need to do a webpage, just links to the pics on here, such as

Most free internet accounts allow 25Mb of webspace, enough for a small photo album.

Yes mine account allows for 9 pages but as I said somewhere along the line I messed up. Also some photos may be risque to quote steph smile

and my web provider would block them.
I'll try pming marms or reese and see if they can give me some sites that will host, but will still need help setting it up
thanks phoenix and steph

Ah, that requires a little more insider knowledge as to what the hosting co will allow.
Even now regularly trawl the personal pics for "naughty" pics.
It does depend how bad they are though lol
