Trying to upload pics for our profile but just keep getting a message saying not as jpeg file. The pics are in jpeg format and don't know why I keep getting this message can anyone please help?
Sometimes the system doesn't accept jpegs that have come from certain digital cameras Just try opening the pictures on your pc and re-saving them as jpegs and that should solve your problem :thumbup:

Or same as Dawnie but in more detail right click picture you wish to upload, then click "open with / paint" Then from paint program, click "file, save as, then select type to jpg" will then upload to site Tony
