Hi all ?about pics can you help

Hi all im pete35 on sunny southcoast .
i know this is going to make me sound dim redface

but how do you include a pic on your add i always try to put one on any adds but not sure how you do it on here and any advise on how to reduce the memory size of pics would be much appreciated got a digi cam for xmas but pic always seem to big for most sites.
Great site by the way and hope i will get to meet some of you eventully.

Hi Pete,
Welcome to the site, for avitars we have an excellent resizer written by a SH user. See the sticky in the cafe for that. For general resizing I recommend irfanview. Its free and effective.

As far as the latin goes it's more of a acceptance issue than what finger I can stick in where but if you say so here goes 69position

Hi Pete,
You need Ulead photo Express 3 to reduce the size of your photos. save the reduced size then send them to your Pictures ready to upload.

Best thing apparently, but I haven't used it yet, is the Avatar software provided free of charge by JQL on this site - I can't see it at the mo' but I'm sure someonre will point it out.
