Hello, good evening and pull up a padded cell.
The only real advice is to read, reply and don't p155 people off.
I've managed the first two, but christ knows how I've done the third! lol

i'm a bit rubbish at advice, cos it's usually just plain wrong, but just pull up a pew and post away and get to know us. you've no choice anyways cos once you make that first post they lock the doors and you can never ever leave, so best get comfy mate! ;)

The best advice is all around you - a lot of good humour and some deep serious stuff too!Keep reading,keep thinking and keep believing.
