find the picture on the web, right click on it, select properties...
From there find the web address of the picture, block it and copy it...
Create a new message on here, click on the Img button and then paste the url into the message,
Press close tags to close the img entry,
preview and submit...

Right click on the picture (on the Internet), click "Copy shortcut", create your reply, right click in the reply box, click paste.
You should then have a url like this

put before the url and after it and it should come up ok (make sure there are no spaces)
