I am very happy actually, and no they did not, I ate them with pleasure for their nutritional value.

You ate your parents? :scared:

2 - 3 months? Jeez, of all the flouncing I've seen, I've never known it be so pre-meditated! lol

I don't think this is a flounce.... more like a bloody farewell tour now!!!!smile just waiting upon the encore methink.. and seeing just how many backs up he can get in the last couple of months here....
Liasion... if SH does stand for "Solitary Hell" I have to ask what the bejesus are you doing here??? I am asking a honest question because in the last couple of days all it seems you have been trying hell bent on doing is rile the natives........
thanks for the sweeping generalisations by the way, got anymore you would like to trot out that are patently not true????
It could be true in some cases; I spend far more time on SH than I do swinging. Generalizations are often a bad idea.
if shagging is a hobby then its one of mine  swinging.... im here more for the social side of things and any thing extra is a bonus but there again i have a sad little life with a few fuk buds i dont work and sit in my box for many hours a week because i can rotflmao :rotflmao:
i suppose swinging can interlink with hobbies.. taking photographs collecting dildos or nickers perhaps dunno loon

mdr2000 you don't know me, so you should not make sweeping comments.
My profile is blank as I am leaving SH in 2 - 3 months time and will now serve no purpose being complete as it used to be.
Thanks for that Lost, but I made a mistake it is actually thousands of hours per year for some.
For they, SH has come to stand for Solitary Hell.

Who's making sweeping comments?? Yours isn't then?? Your right I don't know you, you don't know me us or the other 789,480 members here either do you yet you feel suitably qualified to make your statements as you do lol... I'm sure anyone reading will make there own judgments on you mate...
Oooo I need another hobby...... maybe I should take this one up??? lol
I do spend a lot of time here tho, when Im around and able that is!! This internet thingie is a wonderous thing...... most of the time!! It can have its downfalls so Ive found tho! But I wont go into that..... confused mad :?
mdr200 surely you realised there are only a few thousand paid up active members on this site? lol
Now to thank those who sent their kind PMs asking me to reconsider leaving. It is very kind, but I will be no more when my subscription expires next January.

I can't bring myself to be bothered by the digs and criticism of someone who, as a child, ate food for it's "nutritional value". Probably the same kid who watched Blue Peter because it's informative.

I'm watching the 'debate', not joining in - but please don't quote that or any of the other figures over there on the left. It's so high - with all past and inactive members included - to entice the unwary into believing they are about to enter swinging nirvana!
Guys... No matter how many members there are.. your wrong lol.. lol
Being honest it sounds like a load of sour grapes!!
Mike
Hey I LOVE liver and onions - and Blue Peter, for that matter lol
I would have to say that as a currently non-meeeting member of this site, i DO spend a lot of time alone here in the various sections.
Yes, it's my hobby, the only one I've got. It makes me happy, gives me something to do in these long dark nights - and I LOVE it!

I really shouldn't mention this, but I guess it's ok, what with the interscape-net-web being so anonymous and all that
years ago, as a skinny child growing into a sallow pimply youth, many a happy hour were passed in company of Noaks and Singleton (I was never all that comfortable with Perves... dunno why) and I aspired to the dizzy hieghts of one day gaining my very own Blue Peter Badge.
No idea how, the object was the goal, not the method of realisation.
I'll not give you the sorry details of my impoverished and desperately lonely childhood, that's not my intention here... I'm over it, save your sympathy for those whom deserve it, politicians... arms dealers and the like.
Needless to say, I dragged myself into adulthood Badge-free, without realising the depths of my own bitter and twisted resentment.
But this is where the story does indeed brighten, and brings me back onto the general theme of the thread, and Hobbies.
A little disturbed I may have been in younger years, and this may have been reflected in my hobby, if it may be called that, in days gone by.
a collector.
though never being able to settle on a theme, style, or type, I collected wildly, filling any spare cupboard, drawer... eventually rooms, and the occassional abandoned allotment shed with all sorts of, and I have to say it, utterly useless tosh.
then finding ways in which to dispose of it all... always a problem. Usually involving fire and accelorants... though that is another chapter of my life I think I may just gloss over if you don't mind?
Rudderless... drifting you might think?. well yes, but in recent times (difficult emotional period) my mind turned again to the dream of the badge. Only to be faced with the ever more unattainable goal.. now adult, surely there was no way I could even dream of having my own?
but im a clever chap me.
If I can't have the badge for my own merit, I shall collect the badge holders themselves!!! Oh Yes!
Again I shall gloss over the details, there may be legal implications... but be it enough to say that my earlier youthfull collecting, distributing, and disposal techniques have paid off well in later life.
Fourteen badge holders are now in my collection, and indeed I am very proud of them.
Since there has been more development work in the areas of south west London, cellar space has become of the premium, and finding safe places to keep my exotic collection was more and more open to discovery...
Suffice to say, my collection can now be viewed mainly fron the air in very neatly fenced off area of still quite wild marsh near Edmonton... the little devils can run free for as much as four or five hours a week... work schedule and public transport permitting.
I'm very proud of them, and feel my little hobby has me grow into a better, well balanced person.
other than that... well... I'm a bit of a saddo on here
all the best

I reiterate this, if someone is clearly unhappy with somewhere they simply wouldn't go back regardless of when membership is up, unless of course to cause bother. confused
I think you could class swinging as a hobby.
What would be good is if i could combine my hobby(military vehciles) with swinging!

I'm hoping, but not hopeful, that 'guys' wasn't meant to encompass me in the argument/debate - I quite clearly stated I'm taking no part in it!
Following on .......... I have no grapes to be sour about - I do very nicely, thank you!

Beannie (or 'bnee' are the approved shortened forms of ukbeannie) says what he wants (wihtin the AUP :lolsmile, when he feels it is appropriate, and can be arsed. I'm not canvassing your support, liaisons, as basically I don't agree with the premise of your posting - but what bugs me more is the assertion (over there on the right)that one in 40 of the entire adult population of the British Isles are not only swingers, but members of this site! I mean sheesh! I want a little bit of exclusivity, you know!

I'm very happy Mar, and I'm not causing any bother, I mean, have I been nasty to anyone?
I am posting here to allow folk to know I am leaving rather than disappearing as some do. You must remember that I have met many of the people who post in this forum and I will miss them, some more than others of course.
Many people have already requested my email address so we can stay in touch so my posting is serving a purpose.
