As I've now ben seconded into the holiday application control centre, due to an overwhelming innundation of requests for forms (ie 1) I must ask to see any details of travel for the period you require.
That includes any hotel booking, car hire details and most importantly, airline tickets.
I understand there may be a sense of urgency about your application so if you'll send them by next day delivery (at your expense) I'll treat the matter with the urgency it demands.

OK No problems, just have your ladyfriend drop by the SH HFPC office in your car and the keys and directions to the holiday home. As soon as I've verified everything is completely as it should be I'll authorise the form and you'll be able to leave.
