How did you over come your retail shyness of all things adult and do you still have any product ect your still redface

to purchase,or purchase in a specific place or find adult shops just far too :scared:
I used to allways buy all my vibes,porn material (books,mags,dvd ect) lube and condoms online because i was :scared: and surprised

ops: to go purchase them face to face. I first decided that i was going to go in to a adult shop when i become so pissed off of the crap that was comeing thro my door,£50 vibes that were totaly useless and bad quality or just wasnt what i had dreamed of and expected :cry:
So i decided the only way to get what i realy wanted was to be able to see and feel the items first......going in to a adult shop :scared: :oops: :scared: . I must say i was shaking like a leaf as i walked thro the door but soon realised that it was unfounded,it wasnt filled with men in macs rotflmao

but had lots of diffrent people in there doing exactly the same as me and shopping for some sexy gifts. I came out proud as punch with a nice big bag of new toys ect. I havent looked back since and have no issue's at all now about going in to a adult shop :happy: :thrilled:
So why ffs mad

cant i alone bring myself to buy condoms in my local supermarket or anywhere else face to face dunno

I am working on it as went shopping with russ in town to a chemisty kind of shop and he picked up a pkt of condoms and put them in my basket,wasnt a problem and we procceded eventualy to the checkout where i happily paid for the lot..... :shock:
Would love to hear others experiences,just to prove that im not alone and theres hope for me yet loon

Never really had a problem with adult shops wink

having served in Germany for 5 yrs they were errm explicit to say the least redface

But the 1st time going in with Stileto :embarrased2: as it just was'nt Stileto it was with the sister in law as well surprised

So covered my blushes by enquiring of the sister in law what toys she would recomend so made her squirm instead of me :evil2: (she still talks to me)

Whilst I don't have any problem buying condoms toys etc in shops I normally order condoms online.......but thats only cos you can get 144 for 30 quid rather than paying a fortune for them in the shops biggrin

The day I became a swinger was the day I got over my retail shyness! lol

After all, if you can bare all in a swinging club you can do a lot more! wink

That and the fact I became a sex party rep.!
Nowadays, I tend to order online, but that's just because it's cheaper and easier for me

I used to be shy - but now I put the condoms on top of the basket and head for the cutest guy at the tills. A big smile gets you past any embarrassment - and you never know where it will lead. biggrin

Last time I went to buy an adult gift for friends (yeah honest hehe) I was stood at the back of a bunch of fella's, majority of them were tall and broad shouldered and I could hardly see what was hung up in front of them...
Im trying to stand on tip toe to peak over their shoulders to see if was anything suitable for a gift, when one of the guys must have taken one of the packs down from the shelf hooks to have a closer look. Next thing I knew whole shelves of vibrators fell onto the floor. All the guys scarpered leaving me stood amongst packs and packs of vibrators.. in a fit of the nervous giggles.
So, yeah you get over your shyness pretty quick sometimes lol

a few years ago i went to our new sex shop, for some dvds for me and girlfirend..
i wasnt that embarrassed but after a few times i got drawn towards the gay/bi section, eventually biting the bullet and buying them too, the guy who served me was in my year at school, so it was weird.
not bothered now, ive been served by various peeps, men and women,

I can understand why people would be nervous buying condoms or anything sex related in a supermarket, i'm sad to say that i've worked on tills before and we always used to go out of our way to embarras customers who were buying something like that. I remember once i served a woman who was buying condoms, lubricant, a banana, a cucumber and a corgette all in the same transaction (there were no other items) she seemed to be quite shy about the whole thing and i suppose i didnt exactly help :twisted: As an ex-cashier i can safely say that just because we serve you, doesnt mean we like you x

mrs north went into adult ,now she not really bothered about buying tings like condoms or vibys but once went into buy a double ender and in process of buying it was at counter(me being a hero hiding other side of shelf giggly mode)the server was talking to mrs north,mrs north"its for me mate she feels crap buying it" any way as she was walking out of the shop the server say "bye hope you have fun" in a instant mrs north replys"oh es i certainly will" instant red face doh redface
