Look up ^^^^ and right a little >>> click ont PMs box, insert username, write message (avoiding profanity and aggressiveness) and click on submit.

Also if you look at your on post at the bottom you will see a PM ,don't click on your one but you can click on someone else's post to PM i explained that right!
