how do you no if there is a fault with your email

Hi there ,i am new to this,i have been a member for just over a month now,i have been replying to ads via emai, my query is that they stay unread for weeks,how do you no if there is a fault with your email,or is there a reasonable period to wait for a reply, thanks

They stay unread because they haven't been opened by the person you send them to.....perhaps they just don't log on that often!
