When a post has more than one page it usually has a list next to it, you can either click on that and the press "end" or in the end column (next to the last person to post's name) there is an arrow you can click that does the same!

if you've already read most of a thread and just want to jump to the unread posts on it, click the "little blue arrow pointing to a page" thing to the left of the thread title. other than that it's only the page numbers and home/end keys as far as i know?
