Well i`d love sunday to be a national day of rest however I work 2 out of 4 and my little one doesn`t understand its mummys day off rolleyes.
Will probably go to mums for dinner then home to chill out on the sofa.
Last day of school hols and as daughter goes to school away my sunday will packing her bags and checking that uniform and pe kits are all there, prep done and her shoes polished and then a 4 hour round trip to take her back biggrin
But will try and get some chill time in as well as the sun is shining beatuifully here, so need to do that packing, so that we can get the bikes out and go for a blast :D
Happy Sunday all xxxx
I'll be working - prep to do before going back to work tomorrow.

Slow relaxing morning, doing practically nothing.
Out for dinner.
Visit friends this afternoon.

Sundays are lovely days in our home
My wonderful hubby is working like a trooper in the garden building some raised beds for me and preparing a lay a block paving path..........
Im supplying him with copious amounts of tea and approving comments inbetween surfing on the net, making family phone calls and preparing lunch.
A bounce on my trampoline this afternoon followed by a nice glass of red...............I love Sundays.

The injury risk factor must be high, surely ? lol
Son's just gone off to his dad's for lunch etc so we are faced with the unusual situation of being free to do whatever we like.
Done tons of work in the garden this week so trying to avoid that. May go out and buy some more bark (which generally has more wood than bark in it).
Might even go for a stroll down by the canal near us. We're actually really lucky here (near the South Derbyshire/Staffordshire border) in that we are in the middle of a fantastic bit of the country and don't need to travel far to find ourselves in anything from river-side, to countryside to hills and dales and lovely towns (and Uttoxeter which isn't lovely).
Just seen Calke Abbey mentioned on Countryfile so we may well end up there.
I'll try to remember to post later as to what we eventually do - it may be nothing at all LOL.
Just been to the shop and got soaked as its chucking it down needed a blade for the jigsaw laying a friends floor in the morning lest of the day will be a lazy one
suffering from too much drinkies last night.. I will not learn!
normally I like to chill out on a sunday and catch up with a bit housework
most times we have been to a social or a club and both really end up chilling most sundays till we start to fell better lol since i stopped playing football we have more time as where ever we were i had to be up and away the sunday morns so sunday is CHILL day
Ok, I'm back to report on the doings of the day.
Well, it wasn't that exciting, but we went down to Essington Farm Shop (near Wolverhampton) and had a bite of lunch and got a couple of plants for the garden. Wow - I live such an exciting life lol
But it was a lovely drive (mostly down the A515) and we saw some fabulous places we would fancy living biggrin
We've started mucking out the room my son uses as a computer room. Does anyone have one of those many-pronged mucking out forks? It's FILTHY in there.
chilled most of the day. potter about house a bit then went to pic to see .sex in the a bad day realy normally sufering from to much not this weekend
Im usually spending time with family or being creative...

Wouldn't it have been better if she'd just said-
"I spend my sundays spouting profanities which would make a sailor blush" :censored:
Hey all, I couldn't get internet access after I posted yesterday... probably too much traffic on t'internet, lots of kids catching up before they went back to school!
So, I went to work, had my two hour bath, couldn't surf the net, so planned to sofa surf. Yeah right. sad
Was watching CSI when there was an almighty crash outside.. I went out with my neighbours to find someone had hit three cars, and then did a runner. One of the owners chased her car and managed to get her back, then she left her car and tried to do another runner. She smelled of drink. I called the old bill, who took 45 minutes to come, and they weren't going to do anything as it was "damage only" until I told them she had left the scene... she was arrested then. As far as I know, I don't think she even said sorry to the people whose cars were damaged.. one was a brand new peugot, and brand new mercedes people carrier....
Bit of excitement there... only excitement I got last night as I couldn't get on the net!!
Hope everyone has a good week xx
