How do you view msn

We had great fun last night with some well nice people that we met using web we have been asked to cam to cam using msn and to be honest i m a bit both have accounts so what do i do?
How do we get in touch with them and them to us,i m usually pretty good at things but im have a bit of trouble understanding all this.ç
I know you good folk can help me out. rolleyes

Sign into your account and click the download for msn messenger. It's straight forward and very easy to use, even with a cam. You can have a messenger account for each address you have and with the new version, you can sign into all of them at the same time. Very handy for chatting to SH pals and vanilla pals at the same time
Be careful NOT to get them mixed up though :shock: ( no prizes for guessing who did that recently redface

Might be a good idea to have a seperate msn account if your going give your msn address out so as not to be hounded by fools or time-wasters on your main msn accounts biggrin

It doesn't have to be a account for MSN, you can register using any old email address you've got lying around.

I find the cam picture on msn is alot clearer than in the chatroom, and if you do give your msn address out to somebody you decide you no longer want to speak to later you can block them and delete them.

I think im going to go mad,i posted earlier on today at work to see how i can cam to cam someone through msn and it worked fine on my site but when i got home and used my other email all i get is messenger beta mail,theres nowhere on the page that i can see where i can turn the msn cam on,please help im going nuts. :cry:

As well as msn you can also use your cam on messenger

its no good im still going mad with this cyber i wrong or right,i have never done cam to cam before and only have one person in my contacts(sad arent i)does this person have to be online for my cam to work,im reqally sorry for all this messing around but im think this old computer is finally making me go loopy :cry:

See if you had a program with the cam which will let you run it independently to check that it's working. If so, then you may well need your contact to be online. You don't have to cam together though, one or both can be used. Hope that helps a little!

Not that I've ever heard of...
If you think about it, once they're blocked and try to contact you again, you'd have to add them to your contacts again, which you could just decline. Cam's are on a one-to-one basis (MSN doesn't yet support video conferencing), so they couldn't see you that way.
There probably are ways around it (there are ways around virtually everything on a PC) but not open to the average MSN user who struggles to get logged on and send you a file.
If you're behind a firewall (particularly a hardware firewall, such as those included on a wireless router), then it would be even more difficult.

i use another cam chat piece of software called camfrog, its got loads f free chat rooms and a lot of "adult" rooms. its free to get the basic version and its great fun.
