I was just wondering how long it took for u to meet someone here. I joined late last yr and go in chat regularly but it seems difficult to get any kind of response. It seems the chatrooms are all regulars and its hard going in there like asking questions and getting little or no replys and i've never been rude. I,m shy any way so maybe thats part of it. I havent answered any ads cos that feels like diving in at the deep end.

The points about posting in here and getting yourself known are very true. In our experience an awful lot of the people in the chat room like to do little more than just chat (and cam) you try and suggest a meet and they all find their excuses.
Keep posting on here, think about attending socials, clubs etc and it will all happen, eventually.
I'm quite shy in person, or at least 'quiet' but i have no problem replying to people's ads - they are after all advertising because they want replies!
i find the best way to get a dialogue going is to say more than a few words, attach a pic so they get the feeling i'm real, and make reference to the details of their ad in my reply, so they know i havent just done a bulk mail-out!

My first question would be - what do you want to meet people for?
- a quick no fuss bit of howz-ya-father
- to form friendships which may lead to sex
- to find a partner or two
- to live out a kinky fetish
It all makes a difference!
