Our 'norm' is 2 - 3 depending upon situation, tiredness, etc.. etc.. sometimes more sometimes less, have been known to do it 9 times in 2 days (including and after a meet :rascal: ) but then nothing for a week.

Oh yea, nearly forgot to answer. I dont know how often we do it per week, we dont count, but probably 2 or 3 times, more when off work and more at weekends, but cant say I keep count.
