You need a to drop a pm to admin and they will tell you all you need to know and make any changes you require..
I'm not sure about changing name, but I changed one of our profiles from single to couple by editing the profile a while ago.
When I clicked to update, it took me to a payment screen.
It cost 5 or 6 quid.
