I need HELP before i launch this pc :(

I was wondering if any1 could help me with my bloody PC....all day microsoft keeps sending me error reports when i go on to certain pages mainly my email :cry: i always send the report but nothing happens. I try and log in again and the same happens.
Ive tried microsoft updates but nothing seems to work sad

PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME ????????

i used to get that all the time on ie.
downloaded firefox and it ceased
dunno if that ll help
