I gave up smoking a while back, and I still don't even want a fag biggrin

thanks to mr Allen Carr.
Trouble is, I want something. I know it's not a fag, and it never was a cigarette that I wanted, but I used to smoke because I thought it was.
It's not a drink either...trust me I've had those already :D:D :cheers: drinkies

Soooo any suggestions for what I could try next?

Now don't think I'm a freak, right, but when I gave up smoking I had a mad craving hat could only be satisfied with chalk
. I carried chalk around with me day and night and whenever i got that feeling again, I would scrape my teeth on it and crunch the little bits that came off.
OK, so I'm a freak but don't offend me by saying so or Ice Pie will have words! rotflmao

So are you cutting down on the sticks of chalk yet are are you still on twenty a day.

haha naaaaaaaaaaaw didnt mean it that way!!
Just weird that though cravings for chalk!! Ive always loved the smell of germolene though although eating it or putting it my gob!! I once got really tempted by some fruit soap and even licked it but hell i tell you it wasnt half as nice as it smelt confused

Started smoking again. Fags don't get stuck in my teeth and chalk is much more fattening than you'd imagine.

I gave up smoking a year ago and I found lollipops are a great substitute!
