Found out the details of my *stalker* being sectioned today. Should be happy, but the confirmation of how nuts he really is isn`t doing me any favours right now.
The cat just cost us a fortune at the vets.
Mars is sick, and has missed two days of work, and is likely to miss more (he doesn`t get paid), so he could use a hug too.
MIL phoned up to ask what time I`d take her shopping, and informed me the `she doesn`t like the 11am time`
WELL GUESS WHAT LADY, YOU MIGHT HAVE TO CHANGE YOU LIFESTYLE SOMEWHAT, BECAUSE I HAVE A SCHOOLRUN TO ATTEND TO AND HAVE TO RELY ON BUSES mad

Oh, and the bailiffs popped round.

i cant sort out stalkers, am not a doctor to fix mars, cant get rid of mother-in-laws(legally) but i CAN do hugs really well!

What about AOL? I changed our payment plan to DD, and they withdrew 4x the amount they were supposed to today.......I forgot that one, that was the early morning fun with the bank!

Sometimes it seems like life just pretends things are gonna be ok and then just as you feel like you're back on your feet it whips the goddam rug out from under you again :(

And the best way to deal with Bailiffs is do what I do... offer them 'payment in kind'! :twisted: I once worked off half the council tax that way. :smug: (this is a joke to the comedically challenged!)
And I've just discovered Lidls do this fantastic white chocolate for 75 p and their 14p for two litres Diet cola is actually drinkable!
Hope Mars is back to work soon... Have you tried claiming sickness benefit for him? I believe you can do it through the Internet now...

I would, but our shopping town went nuts when MacDonalds closed and someone pinned a notice up saying, `Anne Summers opening here soon`, I have to travel pretty far to see any fun shops!

As a newbie here, (and this is my first post), I really hope that your week gets better before the weekend.
It's always harder still when your significant other has a bad time of things as well. But, then again, it all just goes to show what strength you each have in each other as you cope with everything.

Heather, the bailiffs are no biggie, I was out when they came, so not too much hassle, just another `visitation` charge. Fortunately they agreed to my payment plan, unfortunately they didn`t give me the 28 day grace period I asked for in order to implement it! Mars will be going to the docs to be signed off tomorrow, but he`ll still miss the first three days pay :sad:
