You may not be happy to see this type of room but as your also an adult who makes his own choices you have the choice to either go in there or not. Im not saying that i agree with bareback, because i certainly do not, but people that enjoy bareback with strangers obviously do so because its their "thing". Within their thing comes risks( and im sure they are well aware) but if they choose to take that risk then so be it. As long as I know that im safe and healthy.

You sure can and not forgetting Herpes, Gonorreohea (is that the spelling? lol) etc.
Here's a quiz I've found, apparently if you can answer YES to any of the statements, you are already at risk of vaginal, oral or anally transmitted STD's.

Opening or being in a room named "bareback" doesn't necessarily mean people will have unprotected sex with anyone, I have unprotected sex with my partner so that must make me a lover of bareback as I prefer it! and so does he, and I’ll even go as far as saying the majority of couples on here probably prefer unprotected sex with their partners, does that seem strange to you?, Just because this is a swingers site doesn’t mean that everyone will do anything they would do with their partners with a total stranger, or can you only enter a room for bareback lovers if you’re willing to have unprotected sex with strangers, Same goes for anal, I've enjoyed anal sex with my partner but I certainly won’t have anal sex while swinging, so should that stop me from entering a room called “anal lovers” Just because I like something and am a member on a swingers site doesn’t make it an open invite to anyone. a chat room is just that I’d hate to be judged on what room names I pop in for a peek. :shock:

the bit ive made bold...can i ask where you got this information from? i have never heard that before and its quite relevant to my job.
i know that it is estimated that 25% of all cases of infertility are due to chlamydia infection but i wasnt aware of this "3 strikes and your out" business.

A fair few opinions in there, which of course is your right. However it is also my right to form my own opinion, and my opinion is that going by your previous comments I can't really see you changing your mind if a few 'barebackers' decided to post and told you their views.

Its your right to have an opinion, whether everyone or no-one agrees with it. Thats why its called your opinion. These debates wouldnt get off the ground if we all thought the same and I for one enjoy reading all the differing opinions.

I have many opinions on many subjects and if asked I will usually state them.i had an opinion on this too but as I'm really crap at expressing myself articulately, i was waiting for other opinions to quote and nod my head to.
In a nutshell:
personally, i do not - and never will - practise anything other than safe(r) sex but what other people get up to is their business.
i will say that when I see the word "bareback" in a profile or ad, it turns me right off and i look elsewhere.
"d&d" free is the same.

So somebody can say about people who choose bareback activities are "incredibliy selfish and only done by those that don't value the person or people they shag with." and people say nothing, yet I suggest IMHO that I think that comment is less of a debate and more of a rant and that's what gets peoples backs up? :dunno:
In edit: I forgot to add, just in case, that I don't partake in bareback. My opinion was about the ops first comments. And I 'pulled Losts thread apart' when he replied to me that he hadn't already formed a solid opinion.
