I can't see myself ever posting an ad or request to meet in here ~ I really can't be arsed joining the thousands of other semi-desperate, hopeful men who seem to occupy the board.
The way I see it, it's far better to get a bit of chemistry going with people and taking it from there ~ then they see the real person rather than yet another typical "Desperately looking for a fuck" type of post.

The thing is, there is the ads section for placing your ad and for those who want to trawl ads looking to answer one.
When you come here, you want to have discussions, and there are some good ones.
Then you get a post by someone- always a single guy -just joined - doing what is nothing more than an ad.
It either gets ignored or we take the piss a bit.
When smeone posts to say hello, they usually get friendly hellos back from the regulars.
And why do all these single guys keep PM-ing the ladies here after reading the posts?
It's not so bad when you've had a conversation in a post and you recognise the name. But when it's one you've never seen before and it's a "wanna meet", I'm like "read my ad" -which says "no single males".
The point of swinging is yes you do shag the people you meet but you want to get to know them first.
A lot of single guys come in here and think that sending a PM from a post is the same as answering an ad.
Which is a pity when a lot of the guys you meet here are worth getting to know and talk to.
And as for anything else - well that's between us

That was good one, Rachel (bet you've heard that few times as well ) and I totally agree with you.
My suggestion is to get more involved with the social aspect of the site - get to know everyone in the chatroom and on the Forum - they're a lovely bunch!
It could take a long time and there might not even be anyone who instantly grabs your attention but you know how it works - you make freinds, they introduce you to thier friends, you get invites to parties and socials .. etc, etc.
