When replying to a specific post in a general thread, how to you include the person's thread that you want to reply to? I have only ever managed to do a basic reply, but like the rest of yours where you pick out specific postings to chat to!! Thanks!
Click on the 'quote' button in the top right corner of their post and then write in the box before or after the quoted text.

Was going to ask the same question lol
I've yet to master the multi quote thing, but to only quote a bit of the post you just click into it in the reply box and delete as you wish, then you add your bit as normal.

like this lol

Except you need to leave the bits in squared brackets at the start and end of the quote, otherwise you can't see it was the original poster's words and not yours.
Like that above... wink

Brackets, what brackets lol
just not good at this stuff
Another easy way of doing multi quotes is to open each one you want in different tabs and then when you have done all the bits you want on each one, just copy and past them all into one thread (I know what I mean, Im just not good at explaining it) redface
:giggle:
like this?

I tend to do the multiple quote thingy in notepad and then just copy it all into the reply thread. Either that or I type in the thingys myself.

The easiest way is to copy...

[quote]

...then paste it where you want to put your reply, then type in between the two tags.
