i sat and thought about it, was i being as dumb as i thought :? :? so eventually i asked her how did you get to port n back so quick :confused2: i got a lift was the answer :crazy: im still confused so then i asked where port was :sticky: looking stupid as hell her answer was you know port clarence :eeek: near boro :doh: all made sence
in my defence id only just moved to cleveland then

I often find in chatrooms on here and elsewhere that I have to just ask "is it south of sheffield" 'cos anything else means nowt to me, tbh.

St George was probably a church and still is. 'ton' normally means farm. 'middle', just that. Middleton St George is therefore the middle farm supporting the church of St George. So Middleton St George is just an over sized farm! Still feel posh?
