I don't want to be in the in-crowd because it's cliquey.

This firmly places me in the in-out-in-out-shake-it-all-about crowd, which may be equally cliquey and thereby hypocritical, but at least it provides an opportunity for aerobic exercise.

Isn't the whole point of our being here to be comfortable as ourselves and not have to worry about fitting in with other people's ideas of who or what we ought to be, or how we ought to think? Christmas and Brussels sprouts aside, I think it's a valid point - why the eff should we submit to someone else's definitions and value judgements?
