Just because they don't like hearing about "Single Guys" having problems.
Censorship of this kind really is not necessary - surely if you don't like the topic then don't read it !!, but don't deny us a right of reply, especially if the post is not derogatory in any way or personally insulating to a named individual..
I personally would happily ban anyone from mentioning Delia Smith but i accept not everyone see's her from my perspective !! So although i h8 her with a passion, i would not prevent people discussing her, but i would "CHOOSE" to NOT bother reading any posts regarding this horrible woman. Better this than to deny people their say just because i don't like her.
Anyway, as a single guy i too have arrived at your conclusion - not through any fault of SH, i might add. They do all they can and remove the dishonest ad's very quickly.
I have reported a few fake ad's which were basically people touting for pay sites. This is the the only way to even attempt to eliminate the genuine from the disingenuous.
I have had some meets with some really, really nice and sincere ladies from SH but it is only by chatting with them in the Chatroom and getting to be known (and hopefully trusted) by them. The outlook i have is that if a get to meet someone fantastic but if i don't i still love the humour and the sincerity of some of the ladies/men on SH chat. I hasten to add that not all meets have been for "Playing", some have been for chats and drinks etc.
I do not expect any "Play" when i meet someone, but if it happens then great.- If not well at least i have got to put a face to a name !!!
Anyway, hope my views here do not get me in hot water as i have had slapped hands before for "Highlighting" the problems Single Guys have on sites like this.
