SH ruined my life <sobs>

*runs off to try to catch up with almost a years worth of lost sleep.
i never slept to begin with. an insomniac since birth.
SH was just a new way to fill in the hours betwen when the pubs closed and dawn. If you people kept your pubs open longer I'd never be here.

which way is the day time?
It is all to do with the fact you aresat in front of your pc, you are giving your brain too much stimulation.
I have struggled with sleep for the past 4 nearly 5 years and I have been told many many times to turn off the pc and the tv at least an hour before i want to go to bed! Try reading a book or listening to some soothing music.
Also dont smoke too near bedtime or do the one more cup of coffee then I will go to bed thing.
Its alll about calming your body and your brain down and preparing it for bed just like you do babies and young children!
in the early days when i found SH, i spent about 4 days chatting to a person all night. lucky then i was working part time so i could make up the sleep, but now i have got strick on myself and make sure i get to bed for about 2:00 each night at the latest.
fair enought a few nights its gets hard to pull your self away from the screen!
