As a lover of comics I must say that I think that this up coming Iron Man will be amazing & get's to the nature of the character of:
Tony Stark - Defender of New York City.
A mixture of arrognace & genius played by
Robert Downey jr - what great casting.
Tony Stark pissess all the other Marvel characters off as he is near enough always correct, has lot's of cash & get's the ladies.
It seems the up coming movie has got this perfect.

Mind you %0 cent sitting dide by side with the mighty Purple is an odd combo but still at least its there. We have a family 'Anthem' for listening to especially in the car mid summer windows down Vol flat out right in the middle of our quaint but so up its on arse town. Sunday morning 11am outside the parish church 'Whole lotta love' giving it large from two adults a 12 year old and 2 10 year olds is a site and sound to behold. We call it bonding

I'm a big Marvel comics fan too so looking forward to the new Iron Man movie, the trailer looks great!
I've also seen a trailer of the new Hulk movie and it looks better than the earlier one, but I'm not really sure this particular franchise has legs.
With all these Marvel comic book characters being brought to the big screen I'm hoping to see The Mighty Avengers brought to the big screen. I'd love to see The Vision in full CGI glory.

Iron Man looks a pretty good film, and the casting of Downey Jr seems spot on, with his mixture of ego, confidence and wit. Also on the trailer is "Cochise" by Audioslave, another great rock tune.
On the subject of kids liking real music, ours (boys, 12, 11 and 8) are all rock fans- for this I blame the constant noise of Kerrang and Scuzz TV that is always in our house, and also the Playstation game Guitar Hero-they love it, and it has really broadened their musical outlook- the 8 year old does a spot on Slash impersonation- we've had to ban him wearing his stove pipe hat to school!
