I've just spent about 45 minutes lovely minutes sitting in Tyre Spot in Newcastle getting four new tyres fitted to my car.. it would appear that most of the male talent in Newcastle either works there or was in there being serviced (giggle) at the same time as me wink
I think I sat there with my mouth open for at least 40 of the 45 minutes it took them to fit my tyres..
Do you know when someone's after you? Men with women, men with men, women with men and women with women... I can usually tell with a bloke but the whole women thing goes right over my head - I guess my Heterodar is out of date... how about you guys - is it obvious to you when someone wants ya? lol
wish i could be of some help.....but i never get the signs....if a woman was standing naked in front of me and said she wanted me.....i would still look behind me just to make sure she wasn't talking to someone else!

me to i'm afraid, I don't even get the big signs that are floating above people's head saying shag me now (or words to that effect) lol
I spent an a short while in a trendy cocktail bar near me recently. Very cute girl behind the bar...friend talking waffle (albeit amusing waffle) to somebody else, which I'm listening in to. Girl gets me a drink. Girl mentions that she hasn't seen me there before..I respond that it's my first time...and continue to listen to friends conversation. Girl asks where I usually drink, I say "all over the place, London mainly"...and crane my neck back to friends conversation. Girl mentions that she often does the same and asks where I'm going later. I respond "dunno" and listen again to my friends conversation. Girl wanders off.
On leaving, I mention how cute said girl was. "Then why did you all but ignore her when she tried to hit on you", responds friend. The penny drops and I feel extremely stupid.
So...no, unless smacked upside the head I have no clue most of the time when someones hitting on me...
A 'treny' cocktail bar? Are you sure it was a 'girl'? :rascal:
wink
Have to admit, I can never tell either. With me being a person who talks and laughs with everyone i never can tell the difference if someone wants me or is just being friendly lol

Only the one about dog biscuits in the car dunno
Hi bloke,
Think it comes down to the whole primitive part of the brain thing with attraction. With females attracted to males it usually involves preening jestures like touching the hair or moisurising the lips with the tounge, another good indicator is looking in the direction their feet are pointing, if they are in your direction whilst they are speaking to you, chances are they fancy you wink
men to women generally gesticulate by fanning, or making themselves bigger or more physical, puffing the chest out or peacocking (holding the hands to the sides in a wide stance) or blocking other males way toward females are all good indicators, the old hand on her arse is also a good one in this instance lol
men to men is far more tricky, as this involves (AND THIS IS NOT MEANT TO BE OFFENSIVE IN ANY WAY,SHAPE OR FORM BLOKE 2005) a type of behaiviour which is less instinctive within human species. the only real way to tell i suppose in this insatance is to look out for eye contact of longer than 5 seconds (which is thought to be used only in aggressive or sexual instances). If you look away and then look back and the other person (be it male/female or male/male) has done the same then there is thought tobe genuine sexual interest even if in just a momentary passing fancy (or he might be undresing you with his eyes blokey  )
hope this helps mate

That was my plan too... we can just sit next to each other and watch! :rascal:

Bloke, two things that are great signs for me (and I do too when flirting) is long held eye contact as has been mentioned and touching, just the arm or knee fleetingly but enough to make a closer contact. Eyes have to be it for me, I love to have eyes boring into me....mmm...so sexy

All these avatars with eyes in them! It's like being in freakin Specsavers!
I'm usually good at reading body language but I find guys are generally crap at giving out and reading signals. rolleyes When me and my ex first got together I practically had to strip him and give him a blow job before he got the message. Men!

My first wife more or less forced the front door open, she came to "return something to me", and I was going to bed. Her efforts paid off mutually.
