Sorry everyone I am sure this has been covered before but please bear with have responded to a couple of ads which have Q4Hbhnhuq1ivbR2V being the cautious type (even cynically maybe smile ) we are not in the habit of sending pics to people before we know if they are genuine or always ask for correspondance to be via a 'personal' e-mail acc not ,as we tend to think that if the other couple are 'real' then why on earth would they not use their 'home' addy for correspondance after initial contact has been wife is quite happy (even keen!) to talk to the other female by phone safer all we being daft or are loads of theses ads by really sad singles (which may be the reason why they are single eh?) or are we being over-cautious.
Our replies are courteous and respectful but at the same time making it clear that we 'don't do '.Either way the result is the same - no reply! Yet the same 'real couples' post yet another ad two days later etc etc.
I really hope this makes sense!

PS: Does anyone have any info on good safe dogging sites between Scarborough and Hull? Thanks
Hi,
We are new to all this, but as far as we understand, you can have as many email adresses as you want, including , we have a personal one which we use for everyday emails, and the one we use for this lifestyle. We have friends on (not swinging ones) so why would you say they are not genuine, they maybe genuine, just not bothered about replying, we have had that from people with other type of email adresses ie. , Aol. What we have found strange, is, we have exchanged emails and normal pics for a few weeks, then we have given the others my mobile number, only for no more emails or phone calls to be received!!!
We have found that using a mic to chat is just as easy if both fems are present to chat to each other, we may have a few meets in the near future because of this, not everyone has a mobile, a mic can cost as little as £3, so not a large outlay!!
Hope i have put accross what i mean without offending anyone.
Good luck in all you do.
love pNh. xxx
Hi,
Yes I know what you mean by no , (or any other free mail addresses you can get now). A lot of these adds just have error messeges, i.e. the email is nolonger in use and has been terminated. Whats the point in that? Granted the inbox may constantly be full but still?
I always give out my msn messenger info. It is quicker to 'type chat' then email and if they need proof of who they are talking to and what they look like you have the web cam facility.
A lot of people require 'discrete' meetings. So that would mean, as little personal information as possible, i.e. real names, ages, workplaces etc...
Does everybody have there own way of making contact? Would you meet somebody with only one facial pic? Do you have to speak on the phone?
I personally like to exchange phone numbers the day before a meet has been arranged. That way either one can ring and call it off, or ring and confirm the time etc.
Ooooops that's us out then... sorry but we have a account... does that mean we have to leave the room immediately... do not pass go... do not collect £200!!
Having a account does NOT mean that we aren't genuine... it just means that our service provider is NTL who are reknowned for being extremely bad for sending and receiving emails (I'm sure anyone else on NTL would agree).
We find much better than as we got nothing but spam to our account, so stopped using that!
If is not acceptable on this site could someone please point us in the direction of an email service which is???!!!!

I don't think that anyone has said that is not acceptable on this site..... biggrin :D
No, but they said they want to use a 'proper' email addy for contact.
That also counts us out - we have a family PC, with teenage sons who use the same machine, we know how they like to explore the PC to see what they might find - imaginewhat would happen if they read our email on outlook Hhhhmmmm???
Thats why a lot of us use , Lycos and the like.
lol
I've ended up with 3 e-mail addresses

Long story........
But it does mean that although my user name is an aol user name, it can be deleted at the click of a button, so is not a lot better than a address.
Have to say - the type of account is less important to me than whether a person is a member of Swinging Heaven.
Or are we being over-cautious.
Probably smile , but you should never do anything that makes you feel unsafe, and if replying to addresses makes you feel unsafe, then do not do it. If anyone asks why, just say everyone draws lines in the sand somewhere, and this is one of yours.

If you need to use a account, perhaps because you're out and about and accessing mail from a number of machines, then one possibility to get around the problem of people not liking the fact you use a account is to do this: register your own domain name, costs less than 7UKP, and route all email to . You can set up to send mail with whatever "From: address you choose, eg your new domain name and people will be none the wiser.
You may still have some problems sending to some ISPs, eg and AOL due to spam blocking of Hotmails' sadly abused mail servers, but often a re-send will get around that (going through a different mail server each time).
Alternatively you can set your new domain name to point to your "home" ISP address, and configure your own mail software to send with the appropriate new address when email arrives addressed to such - set-up of this will vary according to your mail software.
I'm in the process of organising this for my own mail account due to the fact I find it hard to manage email on (I can't see who I've replied to) the limited free storage, and the problems sending to some accounts. I'm using: as recommended by my kid brother as he's been with them for a while and despite the fact they are the cheapest I've seen they've had no problems with delays, cockups, etc.

I haven't got much to say on this matter, but I've used for years and I've never known anyone having a problem with my choice of email address. I can't really undertand why people do have a problem with it, but there you go confused
