It must be hard..... at times

Hi there all again been in the chat room off and on for a few weeks now, seen some the best and the worse of our race/community the mods do what they can bless them all. But I think we can play a part us mere mortals who enter to have fun and a chat and if we are lucky enough to arrange a meet with those delightful people that come to the room too. What I mean is we can politely tell the persons who are rude disruptive or just down right undesirable, to leave advise new comers its not always a bad place that most of the people who enter the chat room are pretty bloody good peeps. I have chatted with loads of people had a grt time at a munch was fortunate to meet one lady she knows who she is. I am looking forward to meeting said lady again and maybe other ladies in the future, I am trying to tell new comers and veterans this place works and is a great place to come and just chat lets help it to stay that way. biggrin

Wasn't as busy this this morning as some mornings but between 2 - 3 pm today the average was about 45 chatters I believe

Thank you One - people think that we do the job just to wield a big stick - personally I wish it did not need moderating and then I would have more time to chat to people myself - not that I'm a trollop you understand redface

However a great many people do say well done to us when we end up stepping in and that does make a difference I can assure you - otherwise I think a few mods would give up if all they did was get abused every time they kicked someone out!

I've spent a lot of time in the chatroom over the past few days and I have to echo a lot of what OOTD (hello, darling) has said.
There are some brilliant people in the chatroom it would be nice to see in the Cafe - and vice versa - but occasionally there are certain individuals we could all do without. The Sys Ops like Tanina, SteveG, The_Tongue, Ian_Mids, Dawn_Mids, Lips-UK and darling FredFlintstone do a great job - I hope I haven't missed anyone out. If so huge apologies and thanks to them too.
It should also be said that the vast majority of regulars in the chatroom will not put up with rule breaking or bad behaviour. (The three importunistic cretins who pvt'd me this afternoon without asking within the space of one minute got very short shrift - from me and from others.)
So thank you to all the Sys Ops, the Mods and the regulars and newbies who make it such a laugh.

Hello all and especially the delightful, sensual sappho, (hear beat increasing body temp rising). Oh stop it calm down. Right yes it is a pleasure to be here in chat rooms and forum, I am so sorry to the ladies that come on to the chat room and as soon as they arrive they are hounded, all I can do is say name and shame and the mods will take the necessary action. I feel that these people are spoiling it for the folks who are here to chat arrange meets etc. and ladies we single males are not all dic* heads well I don't think I am (I hope not anyway) I have spoken to some fantastic people and hope to continue too. I have tried to come to the rescue of some ladies who are being abused by mindless men and I am using the term loosely but some of the ladies handle the situation far better then I ever could (hell hath no fury)...... Well I better be off now just had my post so sorting that out now. Be good people

Thank you for the kind comments One of the and Sappho,it is nice to see that we are appreciated by can be so much fun at times but no matter where you go you`ll always get a few who are intent on causing who uses the chatroom makes it a success.

There's me been calling in at about 3am after getting home.
Some of the Americans i chat to are around at that time but not here in the UK.
